How far in advance do we need to book?

How much does it cost to book Mixing Pretty at my next event?
We offer 3 packages at different price points depending on the services you are looking for or need. Each package price varies depending on the number of guests, the cocktails desired and location. For more information visit Our Services

Do you have insurance?
Yes! Each mixologist is TABC licensed. We also carry liquor liability insurance as well as general liability insurance.

What types of events can we book you for?
Birthdays, bridal showers, engagements, weddings, baby showers, new job celebrations, anniversaries, sporting events, retirements, corporate gatherings, alumni parties, dinner parties, surprise parties, housewarmings, holidays, reunions, etc.
Or just because, who needs to have a reason to party!

Where are you located and do you travel?
We are located in Mansfield, Texas and work within DFW and the surrounding areas. If you are outside of our area please visit our Contact page to fill out the event form so we can contact you and discuss our options!

Do you supply the alchohol?
Unfortunately, we are unable to supply the alcohol for the event. Due to the liquor laws in Texas, we are unable to carry a liquor license. But no worries! Once we finalize a cocktail menu, we are able to provide a detailed shopping list to make shopping quick and easy.

How do I know how much alcohol to buy for my event?

Do you offer a cash bar?
Unfortunately, no. We are unable to provide a cash bar since we are unable to carry a liquor license. Due to this, we cannot collect money in exchange for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Can you serve mocktails?
Yes! We can absolutely cater to any guests that don’t drink alcohol. On Our Services we offer a Mocktail Add-on for any package.

What is your payment and refund policy?
We require a 50% deposit to book your event. The final payment is due 1 week before your event date. Refunds will depend on the circumstances of the event, which will be outlined in our Services Agreement.

Do you provide a bar if needed?
Yes! Our bar dimensions are 8 ft long x 35 ft wide and 4 ft tall.
We require a flat ground surface with clear access for setup, service and breakdown.
